Tri-Ply Circles
Export Packing for Tri-Ply Circles: Pallets, Protection & Moisture
Circles are heavy, sharp-edged and scratch-prone - export packing is what stands between your material and a damage claim.
The packing spec
- Interleaving: paper/film between every circle
- Bundles: strapped in manageable weights (25-50 kg)
- Pallets: ISPM-15 heat-treated wood, weight-rated
- Moisture: VCI paper or silica gel + stretch wrap for sea freight
- Edge protection: cardboard edge guards on bundles
Container loading
Distribute weight evenly, block and brace pallets, never stack beyond the pallet rating. A 20ft container of circles can exceed 20 tonnes - inform your forwarder.
Put it in the PO
"Export packing: interleaved, palletised, ISPM-15, seaworthy" - four words that prevent most disputes.
