Frequently asked questions

What is triply cookware?

Triply cookware is made of three bonded metal layers: a food-grade SS304 stainless steel inner layer, a pure aluminium core, and a magnetic SS430 stainless steel outer layer. The aluminium core spreads heat evenly across the whole vessel, eliminating the hot spots of single-layer steel.

Triply vs regular stainless steel - which is better?

Triply heats faster and far more evenly because of its aluminium core, so food does not burn in hot spots. Single-layer stainless steel is cheaper but heats unevenly. For daily cooking performance, triply is the clear upgrade.

Is triply good for Indian cooking?

It is ideal for it - deep frying, tadka, slow-simmered dals and curries, biryani layering. The even heat suits high-heat Indian techniques, and every piece works on gas and induction.
